As many of you know, I am now certified as a Menstrual Cycle Coach through @cyclecoachschool 😍🩸

On an individual level, this means I help people work with their menstrual cycles, rather than pushing against them as they move through their lives. 
✨I had such an amazing time with @_bodyflow_ on our little business retreat! ✨

We spent a few days on the Oregon coast soaking up the beauty of the ocean. We set a rough schedule to give ourselves time for work and play, and organized it around the What does it look like to track your menstrual cycle? Well, this is how it looks for me.
