Hello! I’m Vida Hollander. I teach embodied movement and Pilates,
and I’m a menstrual cycle coach.
I help people heal their bodies and their relationships with their bodies through movement, anatomy education, menstrual cycle awareness and cyclical self care. Embodiment is living in loving relationship with your body.

the Body Sense philosophy
I believe that our physical form is inherently and inextricably connected to our psychological, emotional, and spiritual selves. The physical is the mental, is the emotional, is the spiritual. Healing our bodies and our relationships with our bodies is a doorway to healing our psychological, emotional and spiritual selves as well.
This is a size inclusive space. I don’t tolerate negative self talk or diet culture in my studio. We are here to foster a loving relationship with our bodies. All body sizes are welcome here.
