I am a movement therapist and menstrual cycle coach.

I want you to feel at home in your body, to trust your body, and to work with your body instead of against it.

I offer an individualized approach to Pilates, embodied movement, and Menstrual Cycle Coaching. I value the unique, complex, and cyclical person that you are, and I will always meet you where you are. I love finding solutions that work specifically and sustainably for you.
